Welcome to Forensic Pathways’ People Invest Programme
Forensic Pathways’ People Invest Programme aims to outline our approach to good governance, the commitment we give to our people and the wider community. In this programme we provide on-going development for our colleagues and outline our stance and our mind-set on doing ‘good’ business. We firmly believe that you are remembered for how you do business, as much as the business that you do. Our People Invest Programme and our commitment to the UN Global Compact are a reflection of this. In this way we ensure the quality of the Forensic Pathways’ brand is protected and continues to reflect a commitment to a standard of excellence and good governance.
THE WHEN, WHY AND THE WHAT
Forensic Pathways’ People Invest Programme was initiated in December 2008 and is annually reviewed.
Forensic Pathways recognises the importance of identity, shared vision, and a commitment to excellence. It recognises that a team is only as strong as its individuals. By successfully employing people with the same mind-set and making a commitment to developing the individual FPL ensures that the team as a whole remains strong and receptive to change, always with a focus on continuous innovation. In making this commitment we ensure that our clients are presented with a team that constantly strives to find new and innovative solutions to their problems, representing a brand that is consistent in its delivery.
In addition, as a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact, Forensic Pathways actively adheres to key practices in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility. Four key areas to this are:
- Human Rights
- Labour Rights
- Anti-corruption and Bribery
- Environment
Our commitment to this initiative is measured annually in our submission to UN Global Compact Headquarters of our Communication on Progress Report. This report details not only what we do, but our investment in our people, suppliers, clients and the wider community.
Forensic Pathways is internationally recognised as being the lead in the development of new and innovative technologies and methodologies and has won numerous awards as a result. It is therefore imperative that its people possess not only the necessary skill base, but also the personal characteristics which are needed in order to constantly innovate and embrace change.
Investment in our people is essential if the company is to continue to thrive and the people within it have the opportunity to shine and grow as individuals.
Our commitment is to continue to develop this initiative year on year, reporting back all the successes that have been achieved, with this intelligence forming part of our Communication on Progress Report.

In conclusion we have worked hard to establish a brand which is internationally recognised for its commitment to innovation. In our roles as employers and employees we must always acknowledge not only our rights but our responsibilities and these are applicable not only to our fellow colleagues but to our clients, suppliers and the wider community.
In developing the People Invest Programme we hope that we are building a framework that is supportive not only for the individual but for the company as a whole, thereby ensuring that Forensic Pathways continues to develop internationally and continues to be recognised as a company which not only delivers excellence to its clients but is committed to an ethos of good governance.
