Philip Gilhooley
As a key member of our Consultancy Team, Philip Gilhooley offers clients a wealth of experience, both in the field of fingerprint investigation and in the area of training and development, including that of Courtroom Skills. As a subject matter expert, clients can have confidence in PhilipÕs ability to provide the fundamental background surrounding fingerprint investigation, in addition to informing clients of the latest developments.
Philip commenced employment with Merseyside Police in 1964, qualifying as a nationally registered fingerprint expert in 1970. Formerly Principal Fingerprint Officer with responsibility for training and development, Philip was promoted to the post of Head of Fingerprints in 2004.
