Envisioning, formulating, scoping, resourcing and coordinating multi-agency and collaborative projects to prevent and resolve issues relating Domestic Violence, Honour Related Violence to inter-communal sectarian-racist violence.

Community capacity building
Developing and building on the skills, experience and knowledge that exist within a community, the local organisations and among the individuals — building on the capabilities of the community. Enabling people to share their skills and knowledge, to help make connections between their own lives and wider policy issues through a cycle of action, reflection and learning.

Development work
Strengthening the ability of community organisations and groups to build their structures, systems, people and skills so that they are better able to define and achieve their objectives and engage in consultation and planning, manage community projects and take part in partnerships and community enterprises.

Partnership Initiatives
Organising partnership procedures and providing adequate training and administrative resources for community representatives, so that the local community can fully participate in the regeneration of its area; supports individuals, groups and organisations to enable them to play a part in the regeneration of communities.

Community Cohesion
