Senior Software Developer (C# / .Net) based in Tamworth, Staffs
Forensic Pathways is an award winning company specialising in the design and delivery of forensic and security related products and solutions. We wish to appoint a new software developer to join the team to assist in our technology programme. The role will be based at our Tamworth office in Staffordshire and we are looking for someone to join us as soon as possible.
Our current software products include Forensic Phone Analyser (FPA) which is used by police forces to analyse telecoms data and Forensic Image Analyser (FIA) which analyses digital images and cameras. Working in a small team reporting to the Technical Director, the successful applicant will be responsible for the development, maintenance and support of existing software products as well as the design and implementation of new products. There will also be the opportunity to work on research and development projects with our clients and research partners.
Essential Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- .Net (5+ years commercial experience)
- C# (5+ years commercial experience)
- SQL Server
- Winforms
- Full product life cycle experience
- Experience in a client facing role
- Proven track record in bringing software products to market.
Desirable
- WPF (Windows presentation framework)
- Previous experience in forensic or telecoms sector
- Knowledge of forensic data analysis
- Knowledge of telecommunications
- Knowledge of continuous integration systems.
- Familiarity with version control systems.
- Full driving licence.

Package
£30-35K + pension dependent on experience
